Cooper was born here at Glendale Farms. When his owner got sick, her family was supposed to help care for him. Instead he ended up in the basement for 2 years! He was later turned into a sheltie rescue where he had to be shaved due to excessive matting from neglect. He has been in foster care for about a year, and his foster mom says he is doing well. He is neutered, housebroken and his coat has grown back beautifully. Cooper would like to be part of a family again that he can call his own. He now has trouble with sudden sensory overload, things like bicycles driving by quickly will set him off.
